Return Policy

• Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Products must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
• Sale items and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at support@yudecor.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
3. Ship the item back in its original packaging.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

Want a different item? Simply return the original product and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no extra cost.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.
