Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refund
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
- The return request is made within 30 days of delivery.
- The item is in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
- Sale items and custom orders are not eligible for refunds.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at support@yudecor.com with your order number and reason for requesting a refund.
- We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
- If approved, we'll provide return instructions.
- Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we'll process your refund.
Refund Timeline
- Processing: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Bank/Card: It may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Refund Method
All refunds are processed through Stripe, our secure payment platform. Refunds are issued directly to the original payment method used at checkout. Since we do not store any of your payment information, the entire refund process is handled securely by Stripe.
We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method or bank account.
Non-Refundable Items
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost — no return required.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
